When the steering went out on my son's car, we towed it to a dealer and was told it needed the entire steering gear replaced. When they weren't answering my phone calls, I decided to have it taken to Herman's and they found that it was only a component of the steering assembly that needed replaced and reattached and it was only going to cost less than one-fourth of what the dealer quoted-- a savings of over $6000. Herman's is obviously an HONEST place to do business with. Highly recommend them.

Had my husband's work car worked on by another mechanic.....only to be charged an astronomical amount let alone letting us leave the lot with the car dangerous to drive. That's when we took the car to Herman's Auto and they fixed the problem. They were honest, no nonsense, and prices very reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend Herman's Auto for all your auto care needs.

Absolutely amazing service. A 15 minute phone call going over what is going on with the car and I was provided a very fair estimate compared to my fist quote. Lucky for me the best service and price happened to be 2 miles away. Very glad to have found my auto shop going forward. Car was done same day. Highly recommend!
